The Three passes Trek 21 Days

The three passes trek is made for adventure seekers this is a fantatic trek that takes you over the famous three passes of the Everest Region, the Renjo La pass, the Cho La pass and the Kongma La pass. The mountain views are unparalled in a region of true alpine beauty. Some people say without doubt it is the grandest mountain scenery in the world.The highlights of the trek include the Sherpa village of Khumjung, the pristine clear and blue Gokyo Lake and of course the breathtaking panoramic scenery from all the passes, there is even time for a visit to Everest Base Camp.Unlike other treks in the Everest region, this trek makes a loop so there is no tracing back on yourself. Another advantage is despite having to cross three passes; you do not require any technical climbing ability. If you have a good level of fitness and perhaps previous trekking experience you are more than likely to succeed.

Itinerary Detail's

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, / Pick up and transfer to hotel /  briefing about  trip / overnight hotel

Day 02: Transfer to airport / fly to Lukla 2840 m / about 40 minutes flights / proceed trek to Phakding 2610 m / approx 3-4 hours / overnight  guesthouse.

Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3440 m / approx  5 - 6 hours / overnight guesthouse.

Day 04: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization day / exploration around  Namche Bazar , museum,  view point, Everest view hotel ( Japanese hotel)  khumjung, khumjung school , khunde, khunde Hillary  Hospital /  back to overnight guesthouse.

Day 05: Trek to Tengboche 3865m / approx 5-6 hours / visit to famous  tangboche monastery  in the evening/ overnight guesthouse

Day 06: Trek to Dingboche  4410m / approx 5-6 hours /overnight guesthouse

Day 07: Rest and Acclimatization at Dingboche / Explore around  Dingboche, hike up nagarjung hill  5090m / overnight  guest house at Dingboche

Day 08: Trek to Chhukung 4730m / 3-4 hours / hike up to chhukung ri 5550m. / overnight at guesthouse

Day  09: Trek to Kongma-la pass 5535m / trek on to Lobuche 4910m / approx 7-9hours / overnight guesthouse

Day 10:  Trek to Gorakshep 5140m / approx 2-3hrs / visit to Everest base camp 5365m. trek back to gorakshep overnight guesthouse

Day 11: Hike up to Kalapattar, 5545m early in the morning / amazing views of world tallest mountains / trek to Dzongla 4830m / approx 6-8hours / overnight guesthouse

Day 12: Trek to Cho-la pass 5368m / trek on to Thangnak(darnag)  4700m / approx 7-9 hours / overnight guesthouse

Day 13: Trek to Gokyo 4790m / approx 4 hrs / overnight guesthouse

Day 14: Hike up to Gokyo Ri 5357 m, early in the morning / stunning views / back to Gokyo / approx 4 hours / overnight guesthouse

Day 15: Trek to Renjo-la Pass 5360m / trek on to Lungdehen 4380m / approx 6-7hours / overnight guesthouse

Day 16: Trek to Thame 3800m / visit to thame monastery  3928m /approx 6 hours / overnight guesthouse

·Day 17: Trek to manjo 2840m approx 6 hours / overnight guesthouse

·Day 18: Trek to Lukla / approx 5 hours / overnight guesthouse

·Day 19: Fly back to Kathmandu in the morning / transfer to hotel /  visit to bhaktapur durbar esquire and after come back  shopping day, walk around / Overnight at hotel.

Day 20: Guided tour of Kathmandu's historical and heritage attractions taking in many of the important valley sites as, durbar esquire, sayambhu nath, boudha nath and pasupati nath / overnight hotel

Day 21: Transfer to int’l airport / fly onward destination
